Description: Full-time position managing inbound daily call volume and agent schedules for the Call Center Department. Monitors Real Time Adherence statistics and completes forecasting/planning, helping to ensure agents are on the phones during scheduled phone hours, includes monitoring breaks/lunches; monitors unscheduled PTO calls/tardiness, etc., enters real-time exception into the workforce management tool (Absence, Leave Early, Meetings, Overtime, Etc.) Description: Full time position in our training department to assist in designing, developing and conducting training programs for employees within our organization. An employee trainer’s goals are to develop skills, increase productivity, enhance the quality of work and build company loyalty. Bank trainer schedules and plans training events and/or classes accordingly, conduct team exercises, simulations, group discussions, videos and lectures.
